The Vulcan VWT36C work surface with convection oven base features a modular stainless steel top made of 16-gauge steel and is reinforced with stainless steel across the front, top front ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back. The rear of the worktop includes a 4-inch stainless steel stub riser to deflect radiant heat, while 6-inch adjustable legs stabilize the unit during operation. A 1 1/4-inch front gas manifold and capped rear gas connection support efficient installation into a gas-powered suite.

Underneath the worktop, the Vulcan VWT36C convection oven features a 32,000 BTU burner and maintains consistent heat between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Its interior is lined with porcelain for simplified cleaning and enhanced heat retention. Two racks are included and can be positioned in three possible slots. The heavy-duty oven door opens with a counterweight hinge system to provide smooth access, and a pilot ignition system with millivolt safety controls supports safe and reliable startup.
