The Wells BMW-206STDU countertop food warmer has square corners that can fit into a counter cutout. Its walls are insulated on the sides and bottom to protect the counter and trap heat. Elements are attached to the well bottom to transfer heat quickly to pans. This unit's controls are thermostatic to maintain the temperature automatically, so staff can set the temperature and work on other tasks.

This Wells BMW-206STDU food warmer has an easy-to-clean interior. It is made from a single, deep-drawn sheet of stainless steel, eliminating crevices and welds that could trap dirt. The interior resists scratches from pans and rust from water, and it can be emptied using the drain in the bottom.
