Wells G-13 25" Electric Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 3/4" Steel Plate, 208-240v
The Wells G-13 electric griddle preheats to 400 degrees Fahrenheit within nine minutes. Its smooth, polished steel griddle is 0.5 inches thick and tubular heat elements attached to its bottom heat the surface evenly. Each of the two zones can be set to a different temperature, so multiple foods can be cooked on the same surface. Protective rings surround the control knobs, preventing accidental temperature changes while the user grills hamburgers, steaks, pancakes, or eggs.
