Wells HDG-3630G 36" Gas Griddle W/ Manual Controls - 3/4" Steel Plate, Convertible
Operators can grill up burgers, eggs, pancakes, and more with the Wells HDG-3630G heavy-duty countertop gas griddle. Its heavy-duty griddle plate is durable, resists bending over time, and measures 3/4 inch thick. The front panel can be removed to access components for cleaning or maintenance. To facilitate cleaning, the unit features a large drip pan and splatter-catching splashes on the back and sides.
Three burners heat the top of the Wells HDG-3630G gas griddle, providing a maximum heating power of 90,000 BTUs. They are controlled separately with on/off controls and manual heat knobs. All three burners have an adjustable air shutter to control primary air and offer optimum combustion.
