Wells HRCP-7200 Drop-In Hot & Cold Food Well W/ (2) Full Size Pan Capacity, 208-240v
The Wells HRCP-7200 drop-in food well supports hot and cold operation, which is managed with the easy-access control panel. When switched to the heated Bain Marie pan, this unit uses water and an electric immersion system to transfer heat. For safe regulation, this unit functions with a solenoid value and water sensor. The self-contained refrigeration system works to produce cool air with 134A refrigerant when cold operation is needed. For simple cleaning and servicing, the condensing unit is removable and located below the cold pan.
Constructed of corrosion-resistant steel with a one-piece stainless steel top flange, the Wells HRCP-7200 hot/cold food well's exterior supports heavy-duty use, while the interior features coved corners to streamline cleaning. Foamed-in-place insulation sits between the unit's metal paneling for added strength and temperature retention, and a drain is included to eliminate excess water. Equipped with two wells, this unit can hold (2) 12-inch by 20-inch pans, and adaptor bars are provided for use with the food pans.
