Wells ICP-300 45" Drop-In Cold Well W/ (3) Pan Capacity, Ice Cooled

Great for salad bars and buffet lines, the Wells ICP-300 ice pan is cooled with ice to ensure prechilled foods are held at safe serving temperatures. Its 39¹/₄-inch-wide by 19⁷/₈-inch-deep interior accommodates three 12-inch by 20-inch food pans containing vegetables, fruits, entrees, sides, or desserts. The recessed ledge lowers inset pans closer to the ice to keep contents cool and fresh, and this unit is foamed in place with CFC-free insulation to slow ice melting.

To maintain a clean display, the Wells ICP-300 ice pan includes a perforated bottom strainer plate that positions ice above the center drain so melted ice doesn't pool beneath the displayed food pans. This 44³/₄-inch-wide by 25³/₈-inch-deep by 9³/₄-inch-tall unit can be dropped in a 43¹/₄-inch-wide by 23⁷/₈-inch-deep cutout for an integrated serving line appearance. For lasting durability, its top flange are coved-corner interior are made of 18-gauge stainless steel, while the exterior is heavy-gauge, corrosion-resistant steel.
