Equipped with WellsLock? hardware, the Wells MOD-100D drop-in hot food well can be installed into metal, wood, or plastic countertops. It accommodates one standard food pan and is insulated on all sides for consistent heat regulation and energy efficiency. To prevent the pan from overheating and scorching food, the infinite controls have upper heat limits. A ¹/₂-inch drain facilitates cleanup, and the deep-drawn interior is smooth to eliminate dirt traps. While it can be used wet or dry, wet operation is recommended for optimal functioning with minimal stirring.
