The Wells MOD-100TDAF drop-in food warmer can hold one standard-size food pan, keeping its contents ready to serve. For user convenience, this model has an auto water-fill feature that consistently stays at the optimal level, minimizing the need to constantly monitor and stir food. Users control the unit with a thermostatic control knob that automatically maintains the desired temperature, and if the temperature gets too high, a high-limit feature protects the food warmer by cutting off power to the elements. Shielding them from impacts, the controls are recessed and can be mounted in the front of the cabinet for accessibility. At the end of the day, liquid can be removed from the interior using the integrated drain, while any leftover moisture can be wiped out of the interior. Preventing dirt from getting trapped in the corners, the well's deep-drawn design is smooth.
