The Wells MOD-127TD drop-in hot food well holds and warms four third-size pans, while its thermostatic controls keep finnicky sauces and other foods at precise temperatures without constant adjustments. All sides are fully insulated, so nonmetal countertops are safe from heat damage. Although it can be used either wet or dry, wet operation is recommended, and the built-in drain quickly empties water from the well after service.
