Wells MOD-200D Drop-In Hot Food Well W/ (2) Full Size Pan Capacity, 208-240v

This Wells MOD-200D drop-in-ready dual warmer is made with a stainless steel interior and an aluminized steel housing. It's insulated to help maintain warm conditions and measures 29¹/₂ inches wide by 23⁵/₈ inches deep by 9³/₄ inches high overall. A phase converter is included with the unit to change from a single phase to a triple phase as needed.

The Wells MOD-200D top-mounted food warmer features two compartments that measure 12 inches by 20 inches and can hold pans of the same size. It can operate with water or be used dry, though wet is better for long durations. To set the holding temperature, staff must use the infinite controls that are mounted on a solid panel. Each side functions independently and uses the powerful tubular elements to heat to set temperature, and two drain outlets are installed at the back of the tank.
