This Wells MOD-227TDM drop-in ready warming tank is an ideal addition to buffet counters or prep stations because it can hold four third-sized pans. It has two wells that function independently according to its thermostatic controller?s settings, as each side has its own independent knob. The light indicators display when the cavity is warming. A conversion kit is included to switch the single phase to triple as needed.

Inside, the Wells MOD-227TDM food warmer is made of stainless steel, while the housing is aluminized steel; both make the system durable and corrosion resistant. Insulation is filled throughout the frame of the unit to help retain heat. Once aligned into the prepared space, the Wellsloks&trader; quickly secure the unit, simplifying installation. This unit supports dry or wet operation to accommodate a variety of foods.
