Wells MOD-300D Drop-In Hot Food Well W/ (3) Full Size Pan Capacity, 208-240v
The Wells MOD-300D food warmer features three wells, each of which can hold a full-sized pan. The unit is drop-in ready and equipped with a Wellslok? system to lock the tank into pace. For versatile use, the system can support wet or dry operation as needed. A 1/4-inch drain is installed at the back of each cavity.
Internally, the Wells MOD-300D triple-well warmer is constructed of stainless steel with an aluminized steel housing that ensures durability and resistance to corrosion. Each segment warms using the powerful tubular elements as dictated by their respective infinite control knob. Provided with this unit is a phase conversion kit that can be used to convert it from a triple phase to a single as needed.
