It's drop-in ready and equipped with a Wellslok? system, both of which streamline installation. This unit includes a phase conversion kit to switch the triple phase to a single when needed.

To ensure durability and corrosion resistance, the Wells MOD-300DM triple-well hot-food system's interior is made of stainless steel and is housed in aluminized steel. For versatility, the tank supports dry or wet use, though it works better with wet use. Each well is fitted with a drain and is controlled independently via their respective infinite knob for intuitive operation. This unit can hold three standard-sized pans.
