Wells MOD-400TD Drop-In Hot Food Well W/ (4) Full Size Pan Capacity, 208-240v
From the MOD400 series, the MOD-400TD hot food well has a top-mount, drop-in design and measures 571/2 inches wide by 235/8 inches long by 93/4 inches high. A good choice for catering or buffet stations, this unit has four wells that can each hold a 12-inch by 20-inch food pan. The thermostatic controls permit staff to control each well separately, enabling versatile storage of items, such as rice, beans, soup, vegetables, stir-fry, and more. The controls are recessed on the drawn, front-mounted control panel. This unit has tubular heating elements to ensure heat is evenly distributed between the wells. This food well has a versatile design that enables wet or dry operation.
