The Wells MOD-500DM hot food well has five openings that measure 12 inches by 20 inches to hold compatible pans. Ideal for wet or dry operation, this food well is suited for holding a variety of food types. For heating, the 18-inch wide by 61/4-inch deep control panel has individual dial knobs for each section, granting precise and accurate temperature control.
The Wells MOD-500DM hot food well?s manifold drains are operated with one valve, easing cleaning needs. Its interior is made of stainless steel for durability and resistance to corrosion. The insulated aluminum housing stays cool to the touch and can be applied to non-metal countertops. For optimal flexibility during installation, it can be field converted to three phase.
