The Wells MOD-500T drop-in hot food well has five openings that measure 12 inches by 20 inches each. The unit's 711/2-inch width is intended to be top mounted for installation. Its interior is made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, while the aluminum housing stays cool to the touch for non-metal countertops.
For simple operation, the Wells MOD-500T food well features a 35-inch-wide control panel. The controls operate each compartment individually for precise use, and the recessed tubular heating elements below the wells conduct heat evenly. Once the temperature is set, an indicator-ready light will notify employees. This unit is suited for wet or dry foods for versatile holding.
