The Wells MOD-500TDM/AF drop-in food warmer holds heated food at safe and hot temperatures, making it a good choice for buffet lines. Each well has its own thermostatic controls, enabling warming of five different dishes at once. These controls are recessed to protect them from damage. Tubular heating elements under the warming pans evenly distribute heat and prevent hot and cold spots.

High-temperature limit switches prevent the warmer from overheating. The front, back, sides, and bottom of the warmer are insulated for faster heat recovery and preheating. Wellslok hardware makes this drop-in well easier to install than traditional warmers. The Wells MOD-500TDM/AF drop-in food warmer fits five standard 12-inch-by-20-inch pans or the equivalent number of fractional pans.
