By using the Wells RCP-500 cold pan's individual thermostatic controls, operators can set each pan section's temperatures to ensure a variety of contents are held in safe conditions. Its self-contained refrigeration system uses R-404A refrigerant and features wrapped coils on its sides and base for even temperature distribution. To preserve generated temperatures in warm settings, it's foamed in place with CFC-free insulation. Operators can quickly service this unit because of its included sight glass, service valves, receiver, filter/dryer, and removable condensing unit.

Great for diversifying menu options, the Wells RCP-500 refrigerated cold pan accommodates five 12-inch by 20-inch food pans or the fractional pan size equivalent. Its 66³?₄-inch-wide by 19⁷?₈-inch-deep interior is built with a recessed ledge that lowers inset pans to shield them from ambient air, preserving temperatures and freshness. To create a built-in appearance on food bars, this 72¹?₄-inch-wide by 25³?₈-inch-deep by 24¹?₂-inch-tall unit can be dropped in a 70³?₄-inch-wide by 23⁷?₈-inch-deep cutout. To complement other serving equipment and prolong service life in fast-paced eateries, its interior, exterior, and top are made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
