Wells RCP-600 86" Drop-In Refrigerator W/ (6) Pan Capacity, Cold Wall Cooled, 120v

The Wells RCP-600 ice pan's self-contained refrigeration system uses a combination of cold-wall cooling and R-404A refrigerant to produce and maintain desired temperatures. As inventory changes, staff can adjust each pan section's temperature with the corresponding thermostatic control, ensuring each prechilled product is held at appropriate temperatures. To reduce the risk of temperature fluctuations and energy loss, CFC-free insulation is foamed in place throughout the unit. For simplified maintenance, it's equipped with a sight glass, service valves, a filter/dryer, a receiver, and a removable condensing unit. Between uses, residual contents can be expelled through the 1-inch drain.

Sized to accommodate six 12-inch by 20-inch food pans, the Wells RCP-600 refrigerated ice pan's interior measures 80¹/₂ inches wide by 19⁷/₈ inches deep. Its recessed ledge houses pans in a low position, protecting them from warm ambient air to preserve product freshness. To prolong its service life in high-traffic banquet halls, buffets, and hotels, its coved corner interior is made of 18-gauge stainless steel, while the exterior is made rust- and corrosion-resistant heavy-gauge steel. This 86-inch-wide by 25³/₈-inch-deep by 24¹/₂-inch-tall unit can fit an 84¹/₂-inch-wide by 23⁷/₈-inch-deep cutout for an integrated, cohesive appearance on food lines.
