Wells RCP-7200 33" Drop-In Refrigerator W/ (2) Pan Capacity, Cold Wall Cooled, 120v

With its self-contained refrigeration system and cold-wall construction, the Wells RCP-7200 refrigerated cold pan can hold prechilled foods at safe serving temperatures. This unit uses R-134A refrigerant to produce and maintain desired temperatures, and staff can individually set the temperature in each section with the corresponding thermostatic controls. To maintain temperatures in warm settings, its body is foamed in place with CFC-free insulation. For simplified maintenance, its refrigeration system features a removable condensing unit, sight glass, service valves, filter/dryer, and receiver.

To comply with NSF-7 requirements, the Wells RCP-7200 cold pan is built with a 3-inch recessed top edge. Its 27¹/₂-inch-wide by 21⁷/₈-inch-deep interior accommodates two 12-inch by 20-inch food pans to diversify product offerings on food bars. For a classic appearance without sacrificing durability, its interior and exterior are made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. This 32³/₄-inch-wide by 27¹/₈-inch-deep by 26¹/₈-inch-tall unit can be dropped in a 31¹/₂-inch-wide by 25⁷/₈-inch-deep cutout to create a built-in presence on buffet lines. For simple cleanup between uses, the 1-inch drains can remove residual contents.
