Wells RCP-7300 47" Drop-In Refrigerator W/ (3) Pan Capacity, Cold Wall Cooled, 120v

For a seamless appearance on food bars and buffet lines, the Wells RCP-7300 cold well can be dropped in a 45¹/₄-inch-wide by 25⁷/₈-inch-deep cutout. To complement other serving equipment and withstand long-term use, its interior coved-corners and top flange are made of 18-gauge stainless steel, while its exterior is made of heavy-gauge steel; both metals resists rust, corrosion, and wear and can simply be wiped clean. Three 12-inch by 20-inch food pans can be displayed on its 41¹/₄-inch-wide by 21⁷/₈-inch-deep interior, and to uphold NSF-7 standards, it's built with a 3-inch recessed top edge.

The Wells RCP-7300 cold well's self-contained refrigeration system uses R-404A refrigerant to produce and maintain desired temperatures, while wrapped coils integrated in the unit's sides and base establish a cold-wall construction. To preserve temperatures in warm settings and save energy, the unit is fully foamed in place with CFC-free insulation. As holding requirements evolve, staff can adjust each section's temperature with the corresponding thermostatic control. This unit features a removable condensing unit, sight glass, service valves, dryer/filter, and receiver to simplify maintenance.
