For diversifying product offerings on food bars and buffets, the Wells RCP-7400 cold food well accommodates four full-size food pans. While its 55-inch-wide by 21⁷/₈-inch-deep interior secures pans in place, its top edge is recessed 3 inches to comply with NSF-7 standards. This 60¹/₄-inch-wide by 27¹/₈-inch-deep by 26¹/₈-inch-tall unit is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and can be dropped in a 59-inch-wide by 25⁷/₈-inch-deep cutout for a sleek, streamlined presence on self-service lines.

To hold prechilled foods at safe temperatures, each Wells RCP-7400 food well is equipped with a corresponding thermostat. Its self-contained, air-cooled refrigeration system uses R-404A refrigerant, while its cold-wall construction uniformly distributes temperatures. To minimize energy loss in warm settings, this unit is fully foamed in place with CFC-free insulation. Operators can easily perform maintenance because it's equipped with a sight glass, service valves, dryer/filter, and receiver, and its condensing unit, which is positioned on the frame below the cold pan, can be removed as needed.
