To endure rigorous use in high-volume environments, the Wells RWN-3 warming drawer is constructed of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel. It features stainless steel tracks and bearings that endure repeated opening and a self-latching mechanism that eases closing. Each of its three drawers has individual thermostatic controls and an adjustable front vent to release excess moisture. Employees can modify the temperature between 90 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit.
For built-in installation, the Wells RWN-3 food warmer measures 201?4 inches wide by 265?16 inches deep by 311?8 inches high. Each of the three drawers accept a standard 6-inch-deep food pan, which are included with the unit. To maintain food quality during extended holding periods, this unit features a fully insulated design.
