This Wells SS-206 top-mounted hot food well is made of durable, corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel to withstand long-term, heavy-duty use. For versatility, this rigid metal accommodates wet and dry operations. Overall, it measures 13¹¹/₁₆ inches wide by 21³/₄ inches deep by 8¹¹/₁₆ inches tall and features a rectangular cutout that supports a standard 12-inch by 20-inch food pan or equivalent fractional inset pans. Operators can install this warmer into a countertop using the included Wellslok mounting system.
