Primarily constructed of stainless steel, the Wolf ASA36 countertop griddle can withstand heavy use without rusting, corroding, or warping. It features a fully welded aluminized and stainless steel chassis for additional durability, and its cool bull-nose design ensures safe operation. To simplify cleaning, it's equipped with a 6-quart grease drawer and polished steel griddle plate that won't harbor stuck-on food. With a temperature range of 200-550 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit can be used to cook a variety of products, such as burgers, chicken breasts, and pancakes.

Measuring 36 inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 15¹/₄ inches high, the Wolf ASA36 gas griddle is designed for countertop use. To protect the surface it rests on, it features bottom heat shields and is raised on 4-inch legs to facilitate cleaning beneath the unit. Its griddle plate measures 1 inch thick to ensure longevity through frequent cooling and reheating. To keep grease splatter from landing on walls or surrounding equipment, the cooking surface is surrounded with a 4-inch-high backsplash and tapered side splashes.
