Wolf ASA48 48" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

A countertop model, the Wolf ASA48 gas griddle measures 48 inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 15¹/₄ inches high. It?s raised on adjustable 4-inch legs to enable cleaning beneath the unit, while its bottom heat shields protect the countertop from damage. Using embedded snap-action thermostats, operators can adjust the temperature between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. It features an individual thermostat per burner, and because the burners are constructed of durable aluminized steel, they support heavy use. The griddle plate is made of easy-to-clean polished steel and is 1 inch thick to withstand repeated heating and cooling.

With a primarily stainless steel construction, the Wolf ASA48 countertop griddle provides resistance to scratching, rusting, denting, and corroding. For additional strength, it features a fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis, and to streamline cleaning, it?s equipped with a 6-quart grease drawer. To keep grease splatter contained, it?s furnished with a 4-inch-high backsplash and tapered side splashed. A cool bull-nose design keeps operators safe from burns during operation.
