Ideal for high-volume environments, the Wolf ASA72 countertop griddle is constructed primarily of heavy-duty stainless steel that provides excellent resistance to rusting, scratching, and corroding. Its polished steel griddle plate won?t harbor cooked-on residue, while its 1-inch thickness provides longevity through frequent heating and cooling. Each of the six aluminized steel burners is controlled by a snap-action thermostat to create multiple cooking zones.

The Wolf ASA72 gas griddle features a manual ignition, while its pilot safety valve shuts off the burners and gas if the pilot extinguishes. Great for foods such as chicken breasts, eggs, pancakes, and burgers, it has a temperature range between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. To keep splatter off walls and surrounding equipment, it?s furnished with back and side splashes, and to streamline cleaning, it features two 6-quart grease drawers.
