Wolf SCB60 60" Gas Charbroiler w/ Cast Iron Grates - Manual, Natural Gas

The Wolf SCB60 gas charbroiler has heavy-duty, cast-iron char-radiants and 11 burners. Each burner has one infinite heat control valve. Over the burners sit 5¹?₄-inch-wide, sloped, cast-iron grates that are reversible so you can have level broiling or self-cleaning. For each broiler grate, there is one 14,500 BTU burner. In each grate blade, there is a pitched grease trough that administers fat run-off to keep flare-ups in check. A cool zone in the grease drawer is created by heat being pushed upward by the underburner deflector system. The backsplash, sides, grease trough, control panel, and top trim are made of stainless steel for durability. The Wolf SCB60 gas charbroiler is heated by natural gas.
