This super-sharp blade made of DEXSTEEL®a'¬a€a durable, stain-free steel that supports heavy usea'¬a€can be used to dice fruit, chop potatoes, slice fish, and rend large portions of poultry and meat. Its handle, which is designed for comfort, is made of polypropylene and Santoprene®. It has a nonslip feel and uses contours to fit comfortably in the hand. Because the handle is purple, it can be integrated into a prep system at an allergen-free station.
