The John Boos S16MS04 machine stand measures 30 inches wide by 24 inches deep, so it can be used to support charbroilers, griddles, steamers, ovens, and other pieces of cooking equipment. Because it's only 20 inches tall, it keeps the units at a convenient working height for cooking, and the 16-gauge stainless steel top is durable and has stallion edges that minimize sharp points. The base of the table is constructed of galvanized steel, while its legs have 1-inch bullet feet that stabilize on uneven surfaces and crossbracings that increase structural strength.
